Veggies velouté with Ricotta recipe basket (Velouté légumes Ricotta) 3-4 people
- 500g green lentils
- 2 carrots
- 1 butternut squash
- 250g of Ricotta
- 500g of onions
- 250g of garlic
Ingredients to add
- chicken or vegetables broth
- Peel the carrot and the butternut.
- In a saucepan with a little oil, brown the peeled and sliced onion with a little garlic.
- Add 750 ml of water, chicken or vegetable broth, lentils and chopped vegetables
- Cook 25 min. 5 min before the end of cooking, mix the vegetables with 150g to 200g of Ricotta depending on your taste.
- Serve immediately
